1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PDCo Dev Studio ("the Service"), operated by Primary Design Company ("we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PDCo Dev Studio is an AI-powered development platform that provides code generation, editing, and project management tools. The Service uses third-party AI models to process prompts and generate code on your behalf.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to generate malicious code, malware, or content that violates any law.
Attempt to circumvent usage limits, credit systems, or security measures.
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or programmatically access the Service outside of provided interfaces.
Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of code and content you create using the Service. We do not claim ownership of your generated code. The Service itself, including its interface, branding, and underlying technology, remains our property.

6. Credits and Billing

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Free accounts receive a limited monthly credit allocation. Paid plans provide additional credits. Credits are non-transferable and expire according to your plan terms. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms of service.

7. AI-Generated Content

Code and content generated by the AI may contain errors, security vulnerabilities, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any AI-generated code before using it in production. We make no warranty regarding the correctness, safety, or fitness of AI-generated output.

8. Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
