Payment data: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.

To monitor usage for security, abuse prevention, and credit tracking.

4. AI and Code Processing

Your prompts and code are sent to third-party AI model providers (such as OpenAI and DeepSeek) to generate responses. We do not use your code or prompts to train AI models. Third-party providers' own data policies apply to data sent through their APIs.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

Service providers: Stripe (payments), Google Cloud (hosting), OpenAI/DeepSeek (AI processing).

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Chat threads and editor snapshots are stored in your browser's local storage and can be cleared at any time. Server-side usage logs are retained for up to 90 days.

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting us. You can delete your account at any time from the Account settings page.

8. Cookies

We use a session cookie (maya_session) to authenticate your login. This is an essential, HTTP-only cookie required for the service to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, signed session tokens, and secure cookie flags to protect your data.
